Reduction of setup time by one-touch clamping and external setup (VMC) (Product) Multi-auto clamps MT121A Q-Lock Elements QLT19A (Problem) 20 pcs of workpiece have been mounted on the jig fixture plate. But, it took a lot of time to clamp all workpieces with conventional jig parts. (Solution) External setup became possible with Q-Lock Elements. As result, setup time was dramatically reduced. And, all workpieces can be clamped at the same time with multi -auto clamps.
