(Trouble)
In case of machining with machine vise, thin workpiece has been deformed.
(Solution)
Workpiece could be clamped by absorbing its bottom surface with a vacuum chuck. As result, the deformation problem was solved. 
(Trouble)
Special jig fixtures has been manufactured for each workpiece in house production. Therefore, there were a lot of parts. It was difficult to keep them.
(Solution)
The number of jis fixture part was reduced by using versatille jig system.
And, keeping parts became easier. 
(Problem)
It took more than 60 mins to locate uneven workpiece on the machine table with conventional jig fixture. And, the change of jig fixture was needed due to side face milling.
(Solution)
Setup time was dramatically reduced by placing magnetic chucks on the corner of workpiece and using mag-work support which is movable according to the height difference. And, consecutive machining is possible due to clamping from bottom surface of workpiece.
(Problem)
20 pcs of workpiece have been mounted on the jig fixture plate. But, it took a lot of time to clamp all workpieces with conventional jig parts.
(Solution)
External setup became possible with Q-Lock Elements. As result, setup time was dramatically reduced. And, all workpieces can be clamped at the same time with multi -auto clamps.

It took a lot of time to set-up workpiece due to the irregular shape.
【Solution】
Reduction of setup time became possible with toggle clame and Vee block.
And, workpiece could be clamped firmly. 
(Problem)
There was 2 machining processes for face milling and peripheral milling. It took a lot of time to exchange jig fixture parts. And, workpiece could be deformed, when it was clamped firmly. Worker needed clapming skills.
(Solution)
Workpiece could be clamped at the bottom surface. So there was no interference with cutting tool
