VIBRATION ISOLATION FOOT JACK (Heavy Weight Type)

E-9943

Material
Plate: FC200
Surface treatment
Painting
Feature
■Vibration isolation from lower frequency.
Uses polyurethane foam material that can reduce vibrations even low frequency vibrations.
■Lower creeping deformation
The creeping deformation after installation is less.
■Does not discolor the installation surface
The installation surface is not discolored by the vibration isolation material.
■Absorbs the tilting of floor surface.
Tilting of floor surface is absorbed by the flexible bolt connection.

[Application]
■Remove vibrations from the outside
■Reduce vibrations transmitted to the outside

※1 The resonant frequency is the calculated value when the maximum allowable load is applied.
※2 Applicable vibration frequency is vibration frequency which can be isolated. The estimated frequency is calculated such that the vibration in vertical direction can be decreased to 1/2 when maximum loading is applied.
※3 The vibration isolation material deformation is the calculated value when the maximum allowable load is applied.

Usage

Selection Guide

From the table on the left, read the natural frequency for the mounted load and select the mount with the frequency of 1/2 (0.5 times) or lower than the vibration frequency you want to isolate or remove.
(Refer also to the selection examples in the built-in vibration isolation mount page)

Characteristic Data

Precautions for Use

For mounted objects that are sensitive to changes in level and vibrations, select a mount with higher natural frequency (a mount with leeway in the load tolerance). Note that if the natural frequency of the mount is 1/√2 (0.7 times) or more vibration frequency you want to remove, the vibration remova leffect cannot be obtained and the vibrations will be amplified.
