■Thin design with installation height of 50 millimeters.
■Higher precision equipment such as precision machining, assembly, and measuring equipment is sensitive to vibrations. Level adjustment work can be performed by conventional means.

[Application]
Vibration removal: Equipment that is sensitive to vibrations such as precision machining equipment, ultra-precision measurement instruments, semiconductor manufacturing,
liquid crystal manufacturing, and inspection equipment.
Vibration isolation: Equipment that readily generates vibrations such as compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic pumps, and high-speed punch presses.

Installation cautions

・In order to obtain the vibration isolation function, use inside the load tolerance range.
・Install such that the load acts vertically on the top surface of the mount.
・If the applied load is not suffi cient, look at the leveling block type. Furthermore, vibration-damping mounts are recommended for incorporation into equipment.
