How to use 

When you tighten the clamp bolts with a Nut runner, the clamp bar turns and moves to clamping position. By loosening the clamp bolt, the clamp bar turns in opposite direction to that of clamping and moves to unclamping position.
Clamp bar is available as option or you can manufacture it by referring dimensional drawings. 
Clamping force varies according to the distance from center of cylinder to clamping point (L) and the operation torque. Set the clamp bar length and torque in accordance with the clamp capacity diagram.
When raising is necessary, use a convenient mounting base (option). When optional base is not used, machining for mounting should be done.

 

Precaution

Excess torque can damage the item. 
Use of Nut runner is a prerequisite for this clamp. Even if output torque of Impact wrench or Pulse wrench is set, output torque may increase by excessive tightening time (blow count). Take precautions. 
Use a hexagon socket bolt (Tensile strength 12.9) for tightening this clamp. 
Vibrations can loosen the socket bolts. Use spring washers or thread locking adhensive to prevent loosening. 
The following table shows the maximum values from center of the cylinder to the clamping point. Longer clamping point may damage the clamp body.
