■Workpiece can be clamped at the center of vise, it leads to the high precision machining and reduction of setup time. (Repeatability accuracy for locating : ±0.02mm).
■Locating by knock pins (5AU75-P) or guide blocks (5AU75-GB).

[Caution]
In order to mount 5AU75-P（Knock Pin Type), the mounting bolts for vise (M6), knock pins(φ10), and fixing bolts for mounting plate are needed optionally.
Please prepare the mounting plate which is suitable for machine table. (Special mounting plate can be offered from Nabeya)
Socket screw SKS06020 and Knock pin PKR10020A are recommended to mount 5AU75-P.

Mounting plate for 5AU75 is needed, if machine table is tapped hole type. (Special mounting plate can be offered from nabeya.)	Machining of mounting holes and locating holes is needed, if the vise is mounted on the jig base directly. (Fixing at 4 points)	If machine table is t-slot type, the vise is located with guide blocks, and fi xed with the groove on the side face of vise.
