Select the mount with suitable load tolerance from the specifi cations sheet. Select the mount with the natural frequency of 1/2 or less of the vibration frequency you want to isolate or remove.
[Selection example]
If you want to isolate the vibrations from a pump running at 1,800 rpm with a load of 5 kg on each mount, the frequency of the vibrations produced by the pump is 1,800 rpm/60 seconds = 30 Hz. Therefore, a mount with a natural frequency of 30 Hz/2 = 15 Hz or less should be selected.
Vibration Transmissibility (Representative Data)
Aim:Remove vibrations for in-line electronic scales.
Method:Install 4 hybrid built-in vibration isolation mounts between the base and the electronic scale mounting plate.
Result:The vibrations aff ecting the in-line electronic scales were successfully removed.

・ If the vibration frequency is √2 times the natural frequency of the mount or less, the vibrations will be amplifi ed.
・ Install such that the load is in the vertical/compressive direction. If the mounted object is too light or a tensile load is applied, the mounted object will make contact with the stoppers and the vibration isolation eff ect will be lost.
・ The purpose of the stopper mechanism is to reduce the risk of falling over. It does not guarantee safety. No liability will be born for accidents or damages.
