■Foot-shaped mount that uses polyurethane foam for high vibration isolation effect.
■Able to remove low frequency vibrations
Uses polyurethane foam with better properties than rubber based vibration isolation materials enabling removal of lower vibration frequencies.
■Does not discolor the installation surface
The installation floor surface is not discolored by the vibration removal material.
■The foot size is uniform across all types
Can choose from 5 types to suit the load (6.8 N to 180 N) with the same foot size.
■Includes a resin cover
Fitted with a nicely designed resin cover.

※1 The resonant frequency is the calculated value when the maximum allowable load is applied.
※2 Applicable vibration frequency is vibration frequency which can be isolated. The estimated frequency is calculated such that the vibration in vertical direction can be decreased to 1/2 when maximum loading is applied.
※3 The vibration isolation material deformation is the calculated value when the maximum allowable load is applied.

Usage

Selection Guide

From the table on the right, read the natural frequency for the mounted load and select the mount with the frequency of1/2 (0.5 times) or lower than the vibration frequency you want to isolate or remove.
(Refer also to the selection examples in the built-in vibration isolation mount page)

Characteristic data

Precautions for Use

・ If the natural frequency of the mount is 1/√2 (0.7 times) or more vibration frequency you want to remove, the vibration removal eff ect cannot be obtained and the vibrations will be amplifi ed.
・ In particular, when installed on equipment where the vibration frequency (rotation speed) changes such as motors and compressors, be careful because the mounted object may sway heavily if the vibration frequency becomes close to the natural frequency of the mount.
