Feature
■High performance vibration isolation mounts with excellent durability using ether-based polyurethane.
■Able to limit swaying of the mounted object by installing the mount using a bolt through the hole in the center. Furthermore, fitted with a vibration isolation washer to alleviate the impact when the limit is applied.
■Employs a structure where vibrations are not transmitted via the bolt.
■Can also be used as a vibration isolation washer for suspending by changing the mounting method.

[Application]
■Removing vibrations transmitted to equipment that is sensitive to vibrations such as inspection equipment, measurement instruments, and electrical distribution boards.
■Isolating vibrations caused by vibrating equipment such as pumps, blowers, coolers, and electric motors.

※1 The height of the protrusion in the isolation plate. Install it on a plate with a thickness of this height or greater.
※2 Fit the protrusion part into the hole of isolation plate.
※3 It's the vibration isolation material deflection and is calculated value when the maximum load is applied.

Usage

Vibration transmissibility (representative data)

Note: At maximum load tolerance of both BKK50D130/BKK30D130.
Example of reading: If the vibration frequency is 40 Hz, when BKK50D130 is used, the vibration transmissibility is 0.1 times, and the vibrations can be reduced to 1/10.

Application Examples

Aim：Isolate vibrations from a compressor unit
Method：Install 4 bolt-lock vibration isolation mounts between the compressor and the base.
Result：The vibrations transmitted from the compressor unit to the base were successfully reduced.

Precautions for Use

・ If the vibration frequency is √2 times the natural frequency of the mount or less, the vibrations will be amplifi ed.
・ Fit the vibration isolation washer in the position where there is no gap. If screwed in, the mount is tightened hardly reducing the attenuation performance.
・ Although a stop nut is included, affi x using a double nut in cases where the mounts may move due to vibrations.
